Silver cutlery set for your festive table

Easter may be over, but the next opportunity for a festive table setting is sure to come! We prefer to decorate with underplates from the Augarten Porzellan Manufaktur, porcelain tableware from Herend and matching Biedermeier glasses from our collection.

The real highlight of our Easter table, however, is a very special piece of silver cutlery: The 230-piece set from around 1900 comes from the noble family of the Hungarian revolutionary Lajos Kossuth, recognizable by the elaborately designed family coat of arms attached to each individual piece of cutlery. The cutlery for 12 people comes in a wooden box with four drawers and contains, among other things, two candlesticks, four salt cellars, a four-piece hors d’oeuvre set and a fish cutlery set with the corresponding serving parts. The extraordinary cutlery not only impresses with its scope, but also with its striking and yet simple, timeless shape!

Silver cutlery is becoming more and more popular, which is also reflected in our sales figures! They are increasingly popular as wedding gifts, for wedding anniversaries or for graduation celebrations! This is not only because they make great investments, but they can also be personalized with engravings and unlike some other art investments they are not only decorative but also made for everyday use – this way, polishing your silver is furthermore only rarely necessary!
